How one clinic reduced risk and improved patient safety by asking for feedback.

Founded in Montana in 1917, Great Falls Clinic was the first physician group practice in Montana, and one of the first in the Wild West. In an era of rugged individualism, four physicians had the vision to band together and care for patients as a team.

Nearly 100 years later, their progressive vision has grown intoa  flagship outpatient clinic, a general surgery acenter, a specialty center, satellite clinics and a newly completed hospital. Great Falls Clinic boasts more than two dozen specialties and numerous national recognitions and awards.
