Crystal Bahnson, CPNP

The Great Falls Clinic is pleased to welcome Crystal Bahnson, CPNP to our Pediatric team at the Great Falls Clinic Main Campus. Crystal will work alongside Drs. Nancy Maynard, Colleen Marron, and Jeffrey Scott to expand Pediatric care at the Great Falls Clinic – Main Clinic. Crystal specializes in general pediatrics but has a special interest in rural pediatric healthcare and partnering with patients and their families to help children be their best selves, safe, and healthy.

Crystal obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Nursing from Augustana College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota in 2010. She then interned as a nurse with Sandford Health for one year and was hired on as a registered nurse for six weeks on a medical surgical unit before transitioning into the NICU. While working as a registered nurse at Sanford Children’s Specialty Clinic with pediatric surgery and trauma, Crystal went on to pursue her Doctor of Nursing Practice as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care and completed her degree in April of 2017. She is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, the Association of Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition Nurses, and the Gamma Phi Chapter of sigma Theta Tau International. Crystal has also participated in many volunteer and community activities, including raising money for research for the Juvenile Arthritis Foundation, community projects at Trinity Lutheran Church, and volunteer work for Ronald McDonald House. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, hiking with her dog, and hunting with her husband, Darren.
