The Department of Family Medicine is dedicated to the care of patients from all ages, ranging from newborns to the elderly. Our physicians provide routine medical care by appointment, but also in our walk-in locations for those urgen medical needs.

Our Hours
The Family Medicine physicians see scheduled patients at each location Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Comprehensive medical care for patients of all ages, including infants to the elderly. This includes:
- Preventive Care/Annual Physicals including Sports Physical Exams and Occupational Exams
- Follow-up Care of Chronic Conditions
- Routine Well Visits for Infants and Children, including Immunizations
