The Great Falls Clinic provides comprehensive Walk-In Care services at our Specialty Center and Northwest Clinic.
We offer two Walk-In Care locations to conveniently serve you without the need for an appointment, seven days a week, with short wait times and extended hours that accommodate busy lives. Our Walk-In departments offer general medical care for a wide range of illnesses and minor injuries with x-ray, lab, vaccines, and sports physicals all available onsite.

After Hours Care
We’re excited to announce that our practice offers after hours, on-demand virtual visits with a team of Privia providers to provide care for you via secure video conferencing.
When you need care, your first call should always be to one of the two Walk-In Clinic locations listed above. However, if we’re not available or you need care outside our office hours, we encourage you to connect virtually with our on-call Privia Provider.
Verify with your insurance that your virtual visit is covered prior to proceeding. Privia Health is enrolled with most major health insurance providers, except for First Choice Health at this time.

Examples of when to seek Emergency Room care include but are not limited to, chest pain, breathing problems, fevers that are high or can’t be controlled, injuries from falls or accidents that result in head injuries, broken bones, severe pain, and/or bleeding.
