To ensure a safe transition from the Hospital to home, we want to emphasize that no patient will be discharged from the Hospital without a designated driver. Patients remain under the influence of anesthesia for about 24 hours after surgery. No important decisions should be made during that time frame.
Please review the enclosed information regarding Advance Directives. Having an advance directive is important because the document communicates your wishes for medical care so that the choices people make on your behalf accurately reflect your wishes.
We will mail a satisfaction survey within a week of your discharge and would greatly appreciate any feedback that you may have regarding your experience with us. Your input is valuable and we thank you for your support and any opportunities to improve our services.
If you are from out of town and would like a list of motels and restaurants, please ask the receptionist to assist you.
Chrysalis Gift Shop is located in our Hospital lobby and features an array of unique items including fresh flowers, bouquets, small gifts, art, and snacks. The Shop is open Monday through Friday, 10:30 am to 4:00 pm. To contact the gift shop, please call 406-868-6797 or email email@example.com.
Our goal is to provide a professional healing environment. Please do not visit if you have flu-like illness, fever, cough, sore throat, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea, or recently have been exposed to, but never had, chicken pox, measles, or mumps. This is a protection of your loved one and others who are hospitalized.
When visiting with children, please check in at the nurse’s station before entering a patient room. Adult supervision is required for visiting children.
Please help us maintain the healing environment by refraining from loud noises or voices.

The Great Falls Clinic Hospital has a Credit and Collection policy available to you at your request. If you have any questions regarding your insurance coverage, please refer them to the insurance specialist at 216-8050. We have also included some other financial information in this packet.
The Great Falls Clinic Hospital now offers emergency services to the public 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! We maintain around-the-clock staff of professional nurses and physicians as well as on-call staff at all times. The Emergency Department
is equipped with seven beds and four inpatient special care beds, which is one step below a critical care unit. If necessary, the Great Falls Clinic Hospital will arrange for your transfer to an appropriate facility.

In approximately 1 to 2 weeks, you will receive a letter from our infection control committee inquiring about your surgical site. Please answer the questions and return the questionnaire promptly. This information assists us in tracking any potential surgical infections and will provide us an opportunity to assist you with any questions or concerns that may arise following your surgery.
