News Pertussis Information

With cases of pertussis being confirmed in Cascade County, we wanted to provide some additional information to educate our patients and the community. The City-County Health Department in Great Falls shared a fact sheet with us and we wanted to share it with you as well.
Pertussis, commonly known as “whooping cough,” is an acute bacterial infection of the respiratory tract caused by the bacterium Bordetella Pertussis.
