About the Great Falls Clinic

Founded in 1917, the Great Falls Clinic is the fourth oldest medical clinic west of the Mississippi. Originally based on the vision that quality healthcare need not be confined to large urban centers, our mission today is focused on becoming Montana’s healthcare choice.
