 Anticoagulation Clinic

For patients at risk for developing blood clots, our Anticoagulation Clinic offers warfarin therapy. Led by cardiologist Dr. Eve Gerasimou, our team, which includes the pharmacy department, provides warfarin therapy management, monitors patients blood levels, and adjusts dosages to maintain ideal levels. Dr. Gerasimou also makes recommendations on stopping, continuing or bridging warfarin doses during surgeries and procedures.
