The Great Falls Clinic is excited to announce our new medical record system, MEDITECH Expanse.
Enrollment instructions for the new online MEDITECH – My Clinic Care Patient Portal are available below, by phone at (406) 771-3031 or by emailing us at PatientPortal.Support@gfclinic.com.
PLEASE NOTE: The email address you will use to enroll in the portal is required to be on file from registration at the clinic in order to complete your enrollment and both current and new patients need to enroll for the new Patient Portal to be able to access their health records online. (If you have already been enrolled in the portal by our Registration staff, use the “How to Log On” instructions.)
IMPORTANT: When accessing the Meditech Patient Portal from a desktop computer, the preferred browser to use is Google Chrome. For best results, please use Google Chrome whenever available.
How to Enroll:
- Click on the “ENROLL NOW” link below these instructions.
- Complete the required fields; name, date of birth, the last four digits of your social security number or medical record number (this number can be found on your patient portal enrollment letter in the top right corner) and your email address
- Click the “Submit” button to proceed. After clicking “Submit” you will be automatically redirected to the Logon page, you must then use the information provided in steps 4 and 5 below to logon.
- Check your email for a message from PatientPortal.Support@gfclinic.com that gives you your Logon ID
- Enter your secure Logon ID (from PatientPortal.Support email), password, and answer two security questions following the prompts
- Then click “Log On”
- Read and Accept User Agreement
- Explore the portal!
How to Log On:
- Click on the “LOG ON NOW” link below
- Enter the Logon ID and Password you created when you enrolled
- Then click “Log On”
- Explore the portal!
Instructions for Installing and Using the MEDITECH Mobile App
PLEASE NOTE: You must have your Login and Password setup for using the Great Falls Clinic’s MY CLINIC CARE Patient Portal before you can use the MEDITECH Mobile App. Please use the instructions for enrolling listed above before attempting to use the Mobile App.
STEP 1: Go to the App Store for your device.
STEP 2: Search for Meditech, then choose the app matching the icon below (it is green with a heart and upper case M)
STEP 3: Once the green OPEN button appears, tap on OPEN to install the app.
STEP: 4 “Choose a portal” will be listed at the top of the screen, you then need to pick GREAT FALLS CLINIC HOSPITAL
STEP 5: Log into the portal with your username and password
Finally, once you are logged in to the portal, you will need to click the “CHECK IN” button to start the visit, please make sure you have your volume up and your mute turned off.
FOR ANDROID PHONE USERS:
STEP 1: Once you are logged in you will see your Virtual Visit Check in, select this.
STEP 2: You will be prompted to answer some questions about your camera and audio. Please ALLOW both. You will not be able to start your Virtual Visit without allowing both video and audio.
STEP 3: Once you finish you will wait for the nurse/provider to join the call, you will see a message at the top of the window letting you know your provider will join you shortly.
STEP 4: Once you are done with your call please remember to hang up the call by selecting the Red Phone icon.
If you were enrolled in our past Athena portal:
Access to your medical records will always be available via the Medical Records Department. Your current medical records in Athena patient portal will not be uploaded to the new Meditech patient portal. You can request a printed version of your medical records from the Medical Records department located at 1400 29th Street S, on the lower level. If you have any questions, please call (406) 771-3031.
The My Clinic Care patient portal provides you with confidential and secure online access to your health information. From the convenience of your home or on your mobile device, you can access test results, your medical history, upcoming appointments, medications and allergies.
All of the information contained in your profile on the My Clinic Care patient portal is information from your Great Falls Clinic electronic health record.
No, use of the My Clinic Care patient portal is provided free of charge to any patients of Great Falls Clinic.
There are several ways for you to register for the My Clinic Care patient portal. Upon patient registration, you will be asked if you would like to register also for the My Clinic Care patient portal. The other opportunity is to activate your account online. You can also contact us at (406) 771-3031 or at PatientPortal.Support@gfclinic.com.
In addition to having access to your own health information, the My Clinic Care patient portal also allows you to grant others, as you wish, to have access to your health information. Individuals at least 18 years old can be given proxy access to your health records with an authorized consent to help manage your care. Your information on the My Clinic Care patient portal comes directly from your electronic health record. If you find errors, please ask your physician’s office to correct any inaccurate information at your next clinic visit. We are working diligently to update all Great Falls Clinic into a cohesive electronic health record.
