My Clinic Care Patient Portal

The Great Falls Clinic is excited to announce our new medical record system, MEDITECH Expanse.

Enrollment instructions for the new online MEDITECH – My Clinic Care Patient Portal are available below, by phone at (406) 771-3031 or by emailing us at PatientPortal.Support@gfclinic.com.


PLEASE NOTE: The email address you will use to enroll in the portal is required to be on file from registration at the clinic in order to complete your enrollment and both current and new patients need to enroll for the new Patient Portal to be able to access their health records online. (If you have already been enrolled in the portal by our Registration staff, use the “How to Log On” instructions.)

How to Enroll:

  1. Click on the “ENROLL NOW” link below these instructions.
  2. Complete the required fields; name, date of birth, the last four digits of your social security number or medical record number (this number can be found on your patient portal enrollment letter in the top right corner) and your email address
  3. Click the “Submit” button to proceed
  4. Check your email for a message from PatientPortal.Support@gfclinic.com that gives you
    your Logon ID
  5. Enter your secure Logon ID (from PatientPortal.Support email), password, and answer two security questions following the prompts
  6. Then click “Log On”
  7. Read and Accept User Agreement
  8. Explore the portal!

If you were enrolled in our past Athena portal:

Current users of our Athena Patient Portal are encouraged, but not required, to download a pdf copy of their entire health record before access to the Athena Patient Portal ends on February 28th, 2020. Access to your medical records will always be available via the Medical Records Department. Your current medical records in Athena patient portal will not be uploaded to the new Meditech patient portal. Use the instructions for downloading listed on this page below the Frequently Asked Questions section. You can also request a printed version of your medical records from the Medical Records department located at 1400 29th Street S, on the lower level. My Clinic Care – Frequently Asked Questions

The My Clinic Care patient portal provides you with confidential and secure online access to your health information. From the convenience of your home or on your mobile device, you can access test results, your medical history, upcoming appointments, medications and allergies.

All of the information contained in your profile on the My Clinic Care patient portal is information from your Great Falls Clinic electronic health record.

No, use of the My Clinic Care patient portal is provided free of charge to any patients of Great Falls Clinic.

There are several ways for you to register for the My Clinic Care patient portal. Upon patient registration, you will be asked if you would like to register also for the My Clinic Care patient portal. The other opportunity is to activate your account online. You can also contact us at (406) 771-3031 or at PatientPortal.Support@gfclinic.com.

In addition to having access to your own health information, the My Clinic Care patient portal also allows you to grant others, as you wish, to have access to your health information. Individuals at least 18 years old can be given proxy access to your health records with an authorized consent to help manage your care.  For more information on proxy access, please contact PatientPortal.Support@gfclinic.com or call (406) 771-3031.

Your information on the My Clinic Care patient portal comes directly from your electronic health record. If you find errors, please ask your physician’s office to correct any inaccurate information at your next clinic visit. We are working diligently to update all Great Falls Clinic into a cohesive electronic health record.

Instructions for Downloading Your Complete Medical Record from the Athena Patient Portal to a PDF File

Your historical patient portal information in our current system, Athena, is still available but will be view only until access ends on February 28, 2020. Be aware that the medical record file could be large which will make it take longer to download. Please ensure that the device you download to is secure.

How to download your records from Athena:

1 – Sign in to your Athena Patient Portal account before February 28th, 2020 using this link: https://10733.portal.athenahealth.com/

2 – From the home page, click on the My Health link:


3 – From the My Health page, click on the Health Records link:


4 – From the Health Records page

A. Select the time period for your records (All time will export your entire record)

B. Select Consolidated Clinical Summary (CCDA) for your complete Health Record

C. Click on the Download button
