FLEXIBLE STAFFING PROGRAM

Then Great Falls Clinic Flexible Staffing Program is here for you!

We are seeking Registered Nurses, Surgical Technologists, Sterile Processing Techs, Ultrasonographers, Radiation Technologists, Clinical Laboratory Scientists, Cath Lab Technologists, Phlebotomists and other medical professionals looking to work for a innovative, forward thinking, growing organization with the greatest job flexibility and premium pay.

Our Flexible Staffing Program offers two different options,
the PRN ELITE and TRAVELER.

The PRN ELITE option is a great fit for current medical students, stay-at-home moms or for those who don’t want to work full time.

REWARDS:

  • Premium Pay Rate
  • Bonus Potential

 

REQUIRMENTS:

  • Work one organizational designated holiday or 2 weekends per year
  • Scheduled for a minimum of 500 hours annually (approximately 4 shifts per month)
  • Not Benefit Eligible

The TRAVELER option is for those who want to earn traveler pay without traveling!

REWARDS:

  • Traveler Premium Pay Rate

 

REQUIRMENTS:

  • 13 Week Commitment
  • Not Benefit Eligible
  • Discounted travel options available
