New MEDITECH – My Clinic Care Patient Portal!

Patients and Families,

In an effort to improve access to your health information, the Great Falls Clinic is excited to announce our transition to a new medical record system, MEDITECH Expanse.

Our new MEDITECH – My Clinic Care Patient Portal is now available for enrollment with the features you are already accustomed to, including the following:

  • View and request appointments
  • Review test results
  • View personal health information
  • Browse health facts and information
  • Review your billing statement and balance
  • Request prescription refills from Great Falls Clinic physicians
  • Send secure messages to Great Falls Clinic physicians
  • Available online 24/7, including an updated portal mobile app.

We want you to know your historical patient portal information in our current system, Athena, is still available but will be view only until access ends on February 28, 2020. Before February 28, 2020 you can download your complete medical record to a PDF by visiting the Health Records link under the My Health category tab. More information about downloading your records to a PDF is available here: gfclinic.com/patient-resources/my-clinic-care-patient-portal

Patients DO NOT have to export their Athena medical records if they do not want to – they will not be transferred over to the new Meditech portal but printed versions are ALWAYS available by requesting through the Medical Records department located at 1400 29th Street S, on the lower level.
