We want our patients to feel confident that we have patients in the right healthcare setting to promote patient safety across all areas. During this time, we will be separating sick patients from well patients. (Click here to learn more about our COVID operations in place.)

In order to contain illnesses, Great Falls Clinic has designated the Northwest Clinic at 1600 Division Road as our primary location to send patients that display COVID-like illness.

This may include:

  • Anyone exhibiting symptoms including fever, new cough, shortness of breath;
  • Who have traveled to the following areas in the last 14 days including China, Iran, South Korea, Italy, Japan, Hong Kong and Europe, and;
  • Have been in contact with someone who is suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19 virus.

If you are concerned you might have COVID-19 please call our 24/7 COVID-19 Helpline at (406) 454-7275. We encourage all patients to contact this helpline prior to visiting if you believe you have COVID-type illness and/or you have questions related to COVID.

Northwest Clinic will only be accessible to evaluate patients with respiratory illness, (fever and/or cough, shortness of breath, sore throat). There will be no other entry allowed into this facility until further notice. If a patient presents with any COVID-like illness, they will be sent to the Northwest Clinic or the ER. All regularly scheduled Northwest Clinic patients will now be seen by their providers at the Specialty Center Family Medicine department at 3000 15th Ave South.

Northwest Clinic’s hours have been extended to manage patients through the weekend.

Updated hours are as follows:

  • Monday- Friday, 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
  • Saturday- Sunday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

The Great Falls Clinic is pleased to announce that patients will now be able to have a telephone appointment with their provider. Due to COVID-19, the Great Falls Clinic is attempting to limit in-person visits where appropriate and encourage social distancing. We will continue to see patients as usual at their regularly scheduled appointments and we will continue to separate our well patients from our sick. Of course, our providers and staff prefer to see their patients in person, but unfortunately at this time, we understand the importance of social distancing and isolation.

Please contact us at 406-454-2171 to schedule your appointment or you may request an appointment using the patient portal. Please contact us to modify any future existing appointments. Some appointments are unavailable via telehealth, examples include radiology and laboratory. Patients can also access video Telehealth services through the MEDITECH Mobile App. Instructions for installing and using the MEDITECH Mobile App are available here: gfclinic.com/patient-resources/my-clinic-care-patient-portal.

Medicare and Medicaid will be covering this service the same as they would an in-person office visit. Many private insurers are also covering these services as well, however, we encourage all patients to check with their own insurance to determine whether a telephone appointment will be covered.
