Caryl Perdaems Named Great Falls Clinic Hospital Chief Practice Officer

Please join us in welcoming Caryl Perdaems as the Chief Practice Officer of the Great Falls Clinic Hospital. Caryl joins the Clinic after serving as a System Director at Bozeman Health where she lead health group operations in Primary Care, Procedural, and Surgical Specialties spanning over 22 departments within Bozeman Health. In addition to her role as System Director, Caryl has held multiple clinical and operational leadership positions throughout her career as well as developing key partnerships with Montana State University and WWAMI medical school programs.

Caryl’s leadership background creates a pleasant fit within the Great Falls market. Her extensive experience in healthcare operations will assist in strengthening the local leadership team and the Clinic’s market position within Great Falls. As a servant leader, her style is described as creative, developing strong collaborative working relationships, growing teams and she has the ability to successfully negotiate towards positive solutions.

Caryl has been married for 29 years and has adult 2 children. In her free time, she enjoys fishing, reading, traveling, her pets and enjoying all of what Montana has to offer. Caryl recently relocated to Great Falls with her husband from after spending 25 years in Bozeman, Montana. She looks forward to joining the Great Falls Clinic Hospital team, becoming part of the community and exploring the area. Caryl starts her new position on November 14th .
