The Great Falls Clinic offers the most accessible primary care in North Central Montana, with two locations, same-day appointments, immunizations, and general and specialty care. Our primary care team provides a myriad of services for adults, infants, children and teenagers – covering everything from checkups and immunizations to chronic illnesses and acute injuries. Department of Family Medicine

The Great Falls Clinic provides primary care, family medicine and pediatric care to patients of all ages in Great Falls, Montana and to surrounding areas. We offer services from newborn exams and well-child exams to geriatric care – truly providing healthcare for the entire family.

Primary care providers play an important role in keeping you healthy throughout your life. Your primary care doctor is a champion for your health and will help you navigate the complex healthcare world to ensure you are getting the care that you need. They should be your first point of contact when you need services. If you require more specialized care, your primary care provider can refer you to one of our many available specialists.

We are a growing practice and currently accepting new patients and short wait times. To accommodate our patients’ busy lives, we offer same-day appointment scheduling.

The Great Falls Clinic is dedicated to excellence. All specialists in our departments of surgery, cardiology, asthma, allergy/ENT, urology, radiology, orthopedics, oncology, ophthalmology, podiatry, sleep medicine and more are prepared and focused on meeting your needs. The Laboratory and Radiology departments are outpatient hospital departments of the Great Falls Clinic Hospital.
