Andra Kofahl, MD, is a part of the hospitalist team. Dr. Kofahl is highly experienced in hospitalist work and procedures, including intubations, vent management, thoracentesis, and more.
Prior to beginning her schooling, Dr. Kofahl joined the United States Air Force and proudly served as a Medical Service Specialist, E-4, and supported Desert Shield/Storm. She was honorably discharged in 1996.
After her military service, Dr. Kofahl completed her Bachelor of Biotechnology from the University of Missouri in Saint Louis, Missouri in 2002. In 2013, she completed her Doctor of Medicine from Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies. Dr. Kofahl then went onto complete an internal medicine residency at the Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona in 2016.
Since completing her training, Dr. Kofahl worked across the United States as a hospitalist, including Texas, New Mexico, Montana, and Colorado. Dr. Kofahl and her husband were eager to return to Montana after being away since 2022.
In her free time Dr. Kofahl enjoys hobby farming and home projects. A fun fact about Dr. Kofahl is that she is an avid beekeeper.
